When accepting a commission, I operate under the assumption that the terms of service have been read. Not reading the terms of service does not mean they do not apply.
terms of service
GENERAL :- commissions are on a “first come, first serve” basis.- I reserve the right to decline a commission if it’s something I do not feel comfortable drawing.PAYMENT :- 50% of payment is required up front at the start of the commission.- additional characters change the price of the commission by +50% for each character (a maximum of three total)- pricing may go up if a particular commission requires some extra work! message me and we’ll chat about it!COMMISSION :- please send me clear visual references for your character(s) in your message! it will shorten the wait time on the initial sketch if I don't have to design the character from scratch, and it will ensure that sketch revisions are not used up by dress/accessory details.- i mainly work in character illustrations in the styles presented on the main page.- two revisions are included in the price after an initial sketch. if the final sketch is not accepted by the client, I reserve the right to drop the commission, and keep the 50% already paid. work on the final piece only begins once the sketch is accepted by the client.- if I have any questions/need clarification I will be sure to contact you. this will not count as a sketch revision.- commissions take upwards to 2-3 weeks for me to complete.- when the piece is nearly completed, i will send a preview to check before i finalize the files. large changes will have a fee, but small changes at this stage are okay. the commission will not be finalized until we are both satisfied with it.- the final preview is a low resolution, watermarked image. the final piece only includes a small signature.- when the commission is completed, you will receive a final high-res file of the image as well as a web-sized version in your preferred formats.TERMS OF SERVICE :- the commission will not be started until the initial invoice is paid.- if the payment is not received within 1-2 days after the invoice is sent and there is no response back from the client then the artist (myself) will cancel the invoice and commission.- If the client requests changes after services are completed, additional charges will be issued at the discretion of the artist (myself).- final payment is invoiced the day the client approves the preview. the full resolution finalized artwork is delivered after payment is completed.- by payment and collection of the commission, the client enters the agreement that this artwork may be printed for personal use only.- there shall not be any reproduction of this artwork, the initial sketches, or the final preview for profit or mass distribution not agreed to by the artist (myself).- clients DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions, the initial sketch, or the final preview for NFT.
